First, go to MT4 or MT5 and look at the "Account History" or "Reports" tab to see when and which instruments the swap fees were applied to.
Every day at midnight server time, XM figures out swaps. On Wednesdays, there are triple swaps, so even spots that are left open overnight can be charged for.
If you think that swaps were used on trades that are no longer open or live, take screenshots of the trade IDs, timestamps, and swap values.
Then, open a ticket with XM's Live Chat or Support Center and say "incorrect swap charge."
The finance team at XM generally looks at these kinds of claims within one to three business days by comparing your data to the swap rate logs from their liquidity provider.
If approved, the changes are immediately added back to your account.
If the problem is still not fixed, you might want to file a report on Xolvie to get resolution.
