Umingle Live Streaming Account Banned After Following Instructions

I am an Umingle user and my live streaming account was suddenly banned today around 12:00, right after I was asked to type “m15” during a live stream. I was only following the instruction to type that text and did not intend to violate any rules or terms of use. Immediately after this, my account was banned from the live streaming feature without any clear explanation being shown to me. I then tried to contact Umingle support, but I have not received any response so far. I kindly request that my Umingle live streaming account be reviewed and reactivated, and that I be informed clearly about the reason for the ban if there is considered to be any violation. I expect this issue to be handled as soon as possible, because I want to continue using the platform in accordance with the rules.
