Umingle Chatall Ban Appeal After Misunderstood Age Joke

I was using the Uminhle Chatall platform when my account was banned on March 26 after I jokingly stated that I am 16 years old. This statement was not true and was meant as a joke, but it appears to have been taken literally, resulting in my account being immediately banned.

I have not been contacted by support, nor have I received any explanation or opportunity to clarify that this was not my real age. I understand and respect the importance of protecting minors on the platform and enforcing age-related rules. However, in this situation, I believe that issuing a warning or requesting age verification would have been more appropriate than an immediate ban.

I kindly request that my account be reviewed and that the ban be replaced with a warning. If necessary, I am fully willing to verify that I meet the minimum age requirement so that I can continue using Chatall in compliance with the platform’s rules and policies.
