Umingle Account Blocked On Android Without Explanation

I am a 23‑year‑old user and my Umingle account on my Android device has been blocked since 3 April. I noticed the problem when I tried to log in and was unable to access my account. I contacted Umingle support about this situation, but I did not receive any explanation or information about why my account was blocked or what I should do. Not knowing the reason is very upsetting and confusing for me. I kindly request that my account be unblocked and that I be given a clear explanation of the reason for the block, and if necessary, that I be given the opportunity to verify my age and comply with any rules required.
