Tracelo suspended my access after payment, how can I recover my subscription?

You should use Tracelo's official contact page to get in touch with their support team and explain that you paid but your access was blocked. Ask them to activate your account or give you a refund.

There should be a transaction ID, the date of payment, and the email address or account that is linked to the contract.

If they don't answer or refuse, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
