Tango Account and Device Banned Without Cause
I was hosting a live stream on Tango with a friend when my account and device were suddenly banned due to an issue unrelated to me—an old device ban tied to my friend’s withdrawal activity. Despite purchasing a new device and creating a fresh account, my new setup was also banned after just one month of use.
This is incredibly frustrating and unjustified. I have followed all necessary steps to comply with Tango's policies and expect this matter to be resolved urgently. I request Tango’s support team to investigate and lift the ban on my account and device as soon as possible. Trust in the platform is diminishing due to such unresolved issues.
