My Tango Account Suspended for No Reason, 5 Days No Response from Customer Service
This morning when I woke up, I saw that my account had been closed for no obvious reason. I didn't get any notice or warning ahead of time. When I tried to go live, I couldn't, so I knew something wasn't right. I haven't been banned, and my account wasn't even streaming when it was taken away. I haven't heard anything from customer service in the last 5 days. I've tried to reach out in different ways, but I haven't heard back from anyone. It's frustrating that my account was shut down for no reason, and it's even more frustrating that I can't fix the problem.so it's upsetting to see such bad customer service, can't help but think that they did something wrong and won't admit it.
