Surveoo marked my responses invalid after completion, how can I challenge their decision?

Surveoo may not count replies if their internal filters find quick or inconsistent answers that don't meet the criteria for being eligible for the survey. This is done automatically based on their quality control rules.

To appeal the decision, send an email to Surveoo's support with information about your account, the timestamps of when you finished the survey, your answers (if you have them), and a polite request for a second look.

Many users say help is slow or doesn't respond at all, so if you don't hear back in a few days, use their website's contact form or social media to bring it to their attention. Say that the problem is with invalidation to get more attention.
