Superonline Charges Loyal Fiber Users For New Modem Replacement

My Turkcell Superonline modem broke down. I’ve been a fiber internet subscriber for about 20 years, and when the modem I’ve used for the past 10 years malfunctioned, I was told that replacing it with an old-technology modem would be free, but replacing it with a new-technology one would cost extra. It makes no sense that if I canceled my subscription and signed up again—even with Superonline itself—I’d receive the modem for free, yet as a loyal, ongoing customer, I’m asked to pay for it. Unfortunately, I’ll have to switch to another service provider.
