Superonline Charged Me For Returned Modem And Filed Lawsuit
I canceled my Turkcell Superonline home internet subscription (number 10494202) without any cancellation fee due to marriage and a change of address, as there was no available infrastructure. I shipped the modem to the address provided by the company on July 31, 2023, and I have the tracking number, photos, and proof of receipt. Despite this, they continued to charge me for the modem on my bills. During this time, I contacted customer service numerous times by phone, sent emails, and submitted all the evidence through their online form, but they kept saying things like “It’s not in the system” or “We’ll get back to you,” without offering any solution. For about five months, I spoke with multiple representatives from different cities, yet no progress was made. Eventually, without ever contacting me directly, they called my mother from Söz Law Firm, claiming a lawsuit had been filed and that my home and wages would be seized. Even though I presented all the documents proving I had returned the modem, I was unjustly forced to pay ₺1,113 in 2024 just to prevent my property from being seized. As a newlywed, this process left me mentally drained and deeply wronged. Despite providing clear evidence, my issue remained unresolved for five months, and I never received proper notification. I demand compensation for this unfair treatment and a refund of the ₺1,113 I was forced to pay.
