Stake withheld my funds—how can I withdraw them?

First check whether the account has a KYC, wagering, payment-method, or security restriction.

Stake’s terms allow it to delay withdrawals while verifying identity, ownership of the payment method, additional information, or possible account activity; its terms also specifically advise users with funds in a closed, locked, or excluded account to contact support.

Contact Stake Support using your registered account details and provide your account email, withdrawal amount, date, transaction ID, and the exact reason shown for the hold.

Ask them to confirm the specific requirement preventing withdrawal and, if the account is closed or restricted, request instructions for recovering the remaining balance.

If the hold is related to an active deposit-bonus requirement, Stake says withdrawals are unavailable until the wagering requirement is completed or the relevant funds are used up.

For crypto withdrawals, larger transactions can also require manual processing, while bank-transfer withdrawals listed as pending should be escalated if they remain unprocessed beyond three business days.
