I can’t access my Stake withdrawal—what steps can fix it?

First verify that your account email is confirmed and refresh the withdrawal page. Stake also requires the correct payment method, destination details, and any required 2FA, email, or OAuth verification before a withdrawal can be completed.

If the withdrawal is pending, check whether the processing period for your payment method has passed.

Bank-transfer withdrawals can take up to 3 business days, while larger crypto withdrawals may require manual processing.

If the withdrawal is being denied, check whether you have an active deposit-bonus wagering requirement, because Stake automatically denies withdrawals until that requirement is completed or the applicable funds are used.
