Cancel Shorten Subscription

Two days ago I subscribed on the website shorten.com and they immediately charged my card 19.99 USD. I realized I did not want to continue and tried to cancel the subscription within three days, but there is no effective way on the site to cancel and stop the payment. I sent them an email to cancel my subscription and prevent any further charges, but I have not received any response from their side. I am worried that they will keep charging 19.99 USD to my card even though I requested cancellation in time. I request that my subscription on shorten.com be cancelled immediately and that no further 19.99 USD payments be taken from my card. If any additional unauthorized charges are made, I also expect a full refund of those amounts.
