Reva - Personal AI Astrologer Refund Not Received

I am writing to report a wrong charge of 699 rupees related to the Reva AI mobile app. On 15 October 2026, a payment of 699 rupees was successfully taken through Paytm, but this amount was charged incorrectly and does not match what I expected from the service. I have attached the Paytm screenshot showing the 699 rupees payment. Right after noticing the issue, I reported the problem through the app, but until now I have not received any response or solution from Reva AI. This situation is causing financial and mental stress, especially since it has not even been 24 hours and still there is no support or clarification. I kindly request that the wrong charge of 699 rupees be fully refunded to me as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly about why this incorrect charge happened so that it does not repeat in the future.
