Reva AI Astrologer ₹699 Payment Deducted but No Service Received

On 12 October 2026 at around 1:33, I made a payment of 699 ₹ through the PhonePe app for the “Reva AI astrologer” service (MOHALLA TECH PRIVATE LIMITED). The transaction was successfully completed and the amount was deducted from my account. However, after the payment there was no chat option, no response and I did not receive any astrology service at all. In short, money was taken but no service was provided. I request that my 699 ₹ be refunded to my account as soon as possible, as the paid service was not delivered.
