I Got Banned Twice on PUBG Mobile Despite No Cheats or Violations

Today I was unfairly banned twice on PUBG Mobile—once for 1 minute and then again for 1 hour—with absolutely no reason. I don’t use cheats, mods, or any kind of config files. If I had done something wrong, I’d understand. But I’ve spent 5–6 years building this account and have invested a significant amount of money into it.

Why am I getting banned without explanation? My in-game ID is 5333****97—please look into it. This is extremely frustrating and makes loyal players like me feel completely unappreciated.
