If your university fee payment shows as paid with PostePay but no confirmation was received;
Contact PostePay support with a clear escalation;
• State that the payment was completed but no confirmation or receipt was issued
• Provide your full name, card type (PostePay/PostePay Evolution), last 4 digits of the card, payment date/time, amount, and university/merchant name
• Confirm that the amount was deducted from your balance and appears as paid
Ask them to;
• Confirm whether the transaction was successfully authorized and settled
• Provide an official payment receipt or transaction reference/authorization code
• Clarify whether the issue is on PostePay’s side or the university’s payment processor
• Re-send or generate written confirmation of payment
If confirmation is still missing or support stops responding;
• Save bank statements, transaction screenshots, and any communication with the university
• File a complaint on Xolvie to report a PostePay payment marked as paid without confirmation and seek help securing proof of payment
