Play-Doh 4-Pack Contains Unusable Liquified Green Compound

Around the end of April, I purchased a Play-Doh four-pack modeling compound set from Migros. When we first opened the box, we noticed that the green dough inside the set was extremely soft—virtually liquid. The dough stuck to our hands and would not hold any shape, making it completely impossible for my daughter to play with it. The green dough was like this from the moment we opened the package; we did not alter it in any way, nor were there any issues with how it was stored.

I am deeply dissatisfied with this situation, and we are disappointed in the Play-Doh brand as my daughter's enthusiasm was completely ruined. To make up for this defective product and help my daughter move past this negative experience, I request that instead of just replacing the green dough, a larger and nicer Play-Doh play set containing various Play-Doh products be sent to bring joy back to my daughter.
