Pi Network Wallet Recovery Issue After Losing Passphrase
Dear Pi Network Support Team, Assalam-o-Alaikum, I hope you are doing well. I am a long-time Pi Network user, and I have been actively using Pi Network and Pi Browser since 2018. My KYC verification was successfully completed on my original account, and my original Pi Browser wallet contained approximately 490 Pi coins. In May 2020, I lost my mobile phone, and with it I also lost access to my original Pi wallet and the 24-word passphrase. Since then, I have not been able to access my 490 Pi coins that were already transferred to that original wallet. I have tried to request help from Pi Network support, but so far I have not received any response. My main expectation from Pi Network support is either to recover access to my original wallet, including the 24-word passphrase, so that I can regain control of my 490 Pi coins, or to transfer the 490 Pi coins from my original wallet to my new wallet, which I created recently. My new wallet address is: GDYPV4BM2HLHVVGWHAG26AE77T3UEAJUAOFLUMX3UWFAFGHWR6HTGV**. I am the rightful owner of the account and I am willing to provide any verification or information required to prove my ownership, including my personal details, Pi username, and registered contact information. I kindly request your clear guidance and assistance on all possible solutions so that my coins are not lost permanently. Thank you very much for your time and support.
