Pi Network Lock-Up Unlocking Process Complaint

I am experiencing a serious issue with the lock-up process on my Pi Network account. I used the website **https://pinet.com.** to unlock my Pi Network lock-up. The lock-up period shown in the system was originally 3 years, but after this process, it was reduced to 14 days. Because of this, I expected the lock-up to be released immediately or, at the very least, to be successfully unlocked once the 14-day period ended.

I initiated the unlocking process yesterday. The system currently shows that 13 days remain, but I have still not received any result or confirmation. This uncertainty is negatively affecting my confidence in both my Pi balance and the overall process.

Although I contacted Pi Network support, I have not received any response. I have not been given any clear information about the current status of the process, whether the lock-up will actually be released, or what will happen once the waiting period ends.

I request that Pi Network provide me with a clear written explanation regarding my lock-up and unlocking process, ensure that the lock-up is successfully released as indicated, and provide users with clear information and warnings about the terms and consequences of similar processes.
