After deleting my PDFSmart account I was billed again, how can I stop this?

If you deleted your PDFSmart account but were billed again and you want to stop this;

Check whether the subscription was actually canceled;

• Deleting an account does NOT always cancel billing
• Try logging in again (if possible)
• Go to → Account / Subscription / Billing
• Check subscription status
• Screenshot:
– Subscription status
– Billing page
– Recent charge

Verify the charge details;

• Check your bank/card statement
• Note:
– Charged amount
– Transaction date
– Merchant name
• Screenshot the transaction

Cancel recurring payment immediately;

• If you regain access → Cancel subscription manually
• If paid via:
– Card → Contact your bank to block recurring payments
– PayPal → Go to Settings → Payments → Cancel automatic payment
• Request written confirmation

Contact PDFSmart Support urgently;

• Explain:
– You deleted your account
– You were still billed

• Provide:
– Account email used
– Charge amount
– Charge date
– Screenshot of bank statement

• Ask them to:
– Confirm subscription cancellation
– Refund the unauthorized charge
– Permanently stop future billing

If they do not respond;

Consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to seek a resolution.
