I never agreed to a Pdfgo recurring fee yet it hit my PayPal — what’s the best dispute route?

If Pdfgo charged you a recurring fee through PayPal without your consent, here’s the best dispute route;

Check PayPal first;

• Log in → PayPal → Settings → Payments → Automatic Payments
• Find Pdfgo
• Confirm:
– Active billing agreement
– Next payment date
• Click Cancel automatic payments
• Screenshot cancellation page

Check transaction details;

• Open the specific charge
• Note:
– Amount
– Date
– Billing agreement ID

Open a PayPal dispute;

• Go to Resolution Center → Report a problem
• Select the transaction
