Support PDF Guru Turned a $1 Payment Into a $50 Unauthorized Charge

On December 22, I made a payment of approximately $1 USD for a service membership on a website called Support PDF Guru.com. However, on December 29, 2025, I noticed an additional charge of approximately $50 USD on my credit card statement that was made without my knowledge or consent. I did not approve this high-amount charge, I received no notification, and I was completely unaware of the transaction.

This unauthorized charge was made on my credit card ending in 7798. After discovering the charge, I contacted my bank to request a refund and the cancellation of my card. However, I have not had any direct communication with Support PDF Guru.com regarding this transaction.

I request that the unauthorized $50 USD charge be refunded to my card as soon as possible, and that my membership and any related subscriptions on Support PDF Guru.com be fully canceled without any additional charges.
