Payeer Website Unavailable and Cryptocurrency Funds Inaccessible

I am writing regarding a serious problem with access to my Payeer wallet, which prevents me from withdrawing my funds. Recently I discovered that the Payeer website is not available at all, and when I try to open payeer.com I receive a browser error stating that the site cannot be reached. Because of this, I cannot log in to my account and I have completely lost access to my money. In my Payeer wallet I have approximately 400 XRP, and also balances in BTC and ETH (I do not remember the exact amounts). The last time I successfully used my Payeer account was on 16 August 2025 at 20:02. After that, I can no longer access the site or my funds. I tried to contact Payeer support, but it is impossible to send an email to any of their addresses, so I have received no response and have no information about what is happening with the service or with my money. I request that my access to my Payeer account be restored, or that clear instructions be provided on how I can withdraw or transfer my cryptocurrency balances from Payeer as soon as possible. I also ask for an official explanation of the current status of the Payeer service and of my funds.
