I am writing regarding an unfair and hidden fee that was charged on my Payeer account during an internal exchange operation. I exchanged dollars to LTC within Payeer, and only after completing the transaction did I notice that an extremely high hidden fee of around 80 dollars had been taken. Normally the commission is something like 0.00003, so this amount is completely disproportionate. There was no clear announcement or prior information about such a high fee, and this amount was taken from my balance without my knowledge or explicit consent. I contacted Payeer support about this issue, but instead of a proper investigation and clear explanation, I kept receiving the same repeated responses, which seem to be generated by an automated bot. My concern and specific question about this unusually high and hidden fee were not addressed in a meaningful way. I request that the unjust $80 fee taken during my dollar to LTC exchange be fully refunded to my account and that a clear explanation be provided about how such a fee was calculated and applied without prior notice. I expect Payeer to correct this situation as soon as possible and to ensure that similar hidden charges do not occur again.
