On December 28, 2023, during my shopping at Sephora, an Origins Ginzing™ Into the Glow Brightening Serum sample was added to my bag without my knowledge or consent. Despite asking the cashier about it, I received no response. I decided to try the product, but the next day, I woke up with severe swelling, redness, and itchiness on my face. Even hours later, my face remains red and itchy, causing significant discomfort. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I will no longer shop at Sephora or purchase Origins products. Sephora should ensure clear communication about samples and Origins must address potential product safety issues. I’ve attached a photo showing the condition of my skin. I demand an explanation and a resolution!
