Nokian Snowproof 2 Tires Cracked and the Seller Refused to Take Responsibility

I bought Nokian Snowproof 2 winter tires, anticipating durability and quality, but I was taken aback to find considerable cracks and splits developing on the surface after normal use. Upon reporting this to Kormetal, they asserted that it was damage caused by the user. This response leaves me perplexed, as I find it hard to believe that a person could create such cracks in a tyre, even with effort. Rather than tackling the problem, they brushed off my concerns and declined to accept any responsibility for the product. This experience has made me question the reliability of both Nokian and Kormetal. I plan to submit formal complaints to the relevant authorities to make sure my concerns are taken seriously and to prevent other customers from experiencing the same neglect.
