Palworld Nitrado Server Stuck on Processing

I rented a Palworld server through the Nitrado website, but the server has never become active. I submitted a support ticket, but I have not received any response. The server constantly shows that it is processing something, yet even after several hours, it still does not go live.

We tried stopping and restarting the server. I also attempted to reinstall the game, but none of these steps worked. The server remains inactive, and I have not been able to use the service I paid for.
