The callers identified themselves as a survey unit conducting research on behalf of an electric utility company. During the conversation, they requested my province, district, and neighborhood information, and inquired about the approximate amount of my most recent electricity bill, all of which I answered. Other than this, I did not share any further sensitive personal information such as my full name, National ID number, subscription account number, or financial card details.

At the conclusion of the call, they simply said "have a good day" and hung up, providing no further explanation or disclosure statements. I hold severe doubts regarding whether this call was genuinely affiliated with an authorized electricity distribution company, and I refuse to be held liable for any responses provided during this exchange. I demand that calls originating from this phone number be investigated, examined for potential fraudulent activity if necessary, and that I be officially informed regarding the security of my personal data.
