I really want to enjoy this game, but the matchmaking system is absolutely awful. Whoever coded this system should seriously reconsider how it works. Instead of focusing on bringing in new skins and making money, you should fix the in-game experience first.
Every match feels one-sided, and team balancing is a complete mess. Why am I constantly paired with weak teammates while the enemy team gets skilled players? It makes the game frustrating and unfair. If you actually care about your player base, conduct an in-game survey asking, “Are you satisfied with matchmaking?” I bet not a single player would say yes.
