Miniclip Fails to Fix Cheating Issues in 8 Ball Pool

I am experiencing cheating and manipulation issues in the 8 Ball Pool game. While playing, I encounter situations such as balls changing position, pockets pulling the ball in unnaturally, and interference with the break shot. There are players—especially from Mumbai—who use cheat programs. I also experience problems such as my Legendary cue losing 60% of its time on the final shot and its features being reset. There are even cases where players who make purchases seem to be flagged by the system and forced to lose. The game has many serious issues, and none of our complaints have been resolved to date.
