Minichat Permanently Bans My Account Over a False Age Detection Error

My Minichat account was permanently banned about 3 weeks ago on the grounds of "age doesn't match." However, I am over 18 years old, and the person who appeared next to me in the account belongs to my family. Despite this, I believe my account was closed as a result of an incorrect assessment.
I was actively using my account, under the name "Ferhat Tilaver," on Minichat and hadn't engaged in any behavior that violated the platform's rules. I'm experiencing hardship because the system incorrectly determined my age.
I am requesting a re-review of my account, the necessary guidance on how I can verify my age, and the removal of the permanent ban on my "Ferhat Tilaver" account so it can be reopened.
