MiniChat Banned My Account for an Incorrect Age Match

I have been unable to access my account on the MiniChat app for a long time. Whenever I try to log in, a message appears on the screen stating, “You have been banned. Reason: age does not match. ID: 387405341,” and I am completely unable to use my account.

Although I submitted an image showing my sibling for age verification, the ban was not removed and I still cannot continue using the app. I also contacted MiniChat through the app, but I have not received any response.

I request that my MiniChat account, ID 387405341, be reviewed again and that the ban imposed for the “age does not match” reason, which I believe is unjustified, be removed and my account restored.
