Litmatch Dating App Blocked My Account for Message Taken Out of Context

I am submitting this complaint to appeal the blocking of my account on a dating application.

My account was suddenly blocked approximately ten minutes before I wrote this complaint, without any prior warning or clear explanation from the application.

Before my account was blocked, I simply told a friend that the novel or story they were reading contained many inappropriate scenes, and I described it by saying that it contained a lot of “adult content.” I had no bad intentions, did not engage in harassment, and did not commit any violation. I was only trying to point out and warn my friend about the nature of the story.

I believe this account suspension is unfair because the context of my message was to explain and warn, not to share or promote inappropriate content.

I respectfully request that the platform review this decision, provide a clear and official explanation for the suspension, and restore my account so I can continue using the service as before.
