Instagram Account Deactivated Without an Accessible Appeal Option

My Instagram account with the username “sumit_ji_096” was disabled about one month ago. When I try to log in, I see a message that the account was deactivated on 6 September 2026 and that I have 180 days to appeal, but I am not getting any clear option or way to restore it. I have spent a lot of time and effort building this account and its content, so losing access without a clear explanation or an accessible appeal path is very upsetting for me. I kindly request that my Instagram account “sumit_ji_096” be immediately reactivated, or at least that a proper review be carried out and I be given a clear way to appeal and regain access if I have not violated the rules.
