HotMiniDrama Payments Not Credited to My Account

I have been using the Hot Mini Drama app to watch content for approximately two years. The app repeatedly tells me that I need to deposit money into my account, so I have been transferring money to my card as instructed. However, despite making these payments for approximately one year, I have not received any money or anything of value in return in my account.

I also entered the contact number provided within the app, and this number was given directly by the app itself. Despite this, I have not received any response, payment, or explanation regarding the money I deposited. In other words, I am being asked to deposit money, but I am receiving neither any payment nor any clear information in return.

I request that all the money I have transferred to the Hot Mini Drama app to date be fully refunded to my account. I also want a clear explanation of where the amounts I deposited went and request that this issue be permanently resolved.
