HotminiDrama Has Not Paid My View Earnings to My FAB Bank Account

I am a user of the HotminiDrama platform and I participate in their earning system based on views. I added my bank account at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) to the platform more than a month ago so that I could withdraw my earnings, but until now I have not received any money. The first payment I am waiting for is 300 AED dated 20/05/2026, and the second payment is 500 AED dated 11/06/2026. Both amounts are still not paid to my First Abu Dhabi Bank account, and in the system my balance appears as being under review and not completed. I do not know how to contact Mini Drama support or any official channel, so I have not been able to get any explanation about the delay or the status of my withdrawals. I request that my earnings of 300 AED and 500 AED be reviewed urgently, that the reason for the delay be clearly explained to me, and that the total amount be transferred to my First Abu Dhabi Bank account as soon as possible. I also expect Mini Drama to provide clear contact information or support channels so that users can follow up on such issues in the future.
