I am an Oppo A15s user living in Istanbul, Turkey, and for about a month I have been dealing with a serious and unfair issue involving my Hornet account and device. My account—and as far as I can tell, my device/IMEI—appears to have been blocked by Hornet based on an accusation that I am an escort, which is completely false and baseless. I am an innocent user, and this situation has caused both emotional distress and practical problems, as I can no longer use the app on my device.

Two days before my account was closed and my device was blocked, I purchased a Hornet Max Premium membership and paid $60. Despite being unable to use the service due to this block, I have not received any refund, and my access has not been restored.

I attempted to contact Hornet support regarding both the false accusation and the device/IMEI block, but I did not receive any response. I request that my device and account be reactivated as soon as possible and that the false escort-related accusation be removed from my record. If Hornet is unable or unwilling to restore my access, I demand a full refund of the $60 I paid for the Hornet Max Premium membership, as I have not been able to use the service.

I kindly request that this issue be urgently reviewed and resolved.
