If you lost data from your Hay Day farm because of a sync error, make sure you're logged into the same account that was tied to your old farm. This could be a Supercell ID, Facebook, Game Center, or Google Play.
Even though you linked your accounts, if you still lost your progress, go to Settings > Help & help in the game or the official help site and make a ticket.
Give them your farm's name, level, platform, device type, and an estimate of how much you lost so they can try to recover it.
If your account wasn't linked to any services before the problem, it's unlikely that you'll be able to fully recover.
You may need to start a new farm and make sure it stays linked so you don't lose any more data.
