Hay Day blocked my account after verifying my email, how can I get access again?

If Hay Day blocked your account after you verified your email, first ensure the account was linked to a valid Supercell ID.

You can attempt to log in via Supercell ID using the email you verified and check Settings → Help & Support within the game to initiate recovery.

If that fails, contact Supercell Support directly including your farm name, player tag, level, device type and recent purchase receipts when submitting the “I Lost My Account” form.

If your email is no longer accessible or the account wasn’t tied to a Supercell ID, recovery is more difficult and you’ll need to furnish as much proof of ownership as possible so the support team can manually verify and unlock your account.
