Google Removed My Negative Review at the Request of the Business Owner

A real, non-insulting comment I made to a business on Google Maps was removed at the request of the owner and my IP address was banned for that business. The person I complianed about was a doctor who also claimed comments here can be bought. I don't know if this is true or not, but Google Maps itself must have done what it claims to have done, so that only I can see my comment. Google Maps should not be a party to this irregularity and should provide us with unbiased information. This is a huge scandal for Google, don't their customer representatives realize this? I have taken a screenshot of the comment about the business that only I can view.
