Recover My Free Fire Max Account

I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Free Fire account, which I believe was hacked. On 7 March 2026, I suddenly became unable to log in to my Free Fire account through Facebook. Since that date, every attempt to access the game with my usual Facebook login has failed, and I have lost access to my account completely. On this account I have spent approximately 20,000 in total for in‑game purchases. All of these purchases are now inaccessible to me because I cannot log in. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue or recover my account in any way. I request that my hacked Free Fire account be urgently investigated and recovered, and that full access be restored to me together with all my existing progress and purchased items. I also ask to be informed clearly about what security measures will be taken to prevent this kind of situation from happening again.
