Free Fire Created New Account Instead of My Old Facebook ID

I have an issue with my Free Fire account. My original game ID is 2588787261 and I have been using this account for a long time. Recently, when I tried to log in with my Facebook account, instead of opening my old account, the game created a completely new ID for me (for example, the account shown in the attached screenshot with UID 16731342425). I did not want a new account and I have never requested to reset or change my ID. I simply wanted to log back into my existing account linked to my Facebook, but now I cannot access my old ID 2588787261 at all. I kindly request that my old Free Fire account with ID 2588787261 be restored and re-linked to my Facebook login, and that the new, unwanted account opened by mistake be removed or disabled, so that I can continue playing from where I left off.
