I am writing about a serious security problem with my Free Fire account that was linked to Facebook. Nearly one month ago, after a change related to the Gmail address on my game account, someone else bound my account with their own Gmail and I lost access to my original UID 2056010083. Since then I have not been able to log in to my original account and I have effectively lost all access to it. This situation is very important for me because this was my main Free Fire account, level 65, with many purchases and top ups made over a long period of time. I have invested both time and money into this account, and now all my progress and items are in the hands of someone else. I contacted Garena/Free Fire support and explained that my account was bound and the Gmail was changed by someone else, but I was told that it was my fault and no real help was provided. I do not agree with this, because the result is that my account is now in someone else’s hands and I cannot recover it on my own, even though I can prove that I am the real owner with details such as my UID 2056010083, account level 65, and top up transaction history. My clear request is that my original Free Fire account and UID 2056010083 be recovered and access restored to me, and that the other person’s Gmail address be removed from my account. I kindly ask you to re-check my case carefully, review my account and payment history, and help me regain full access to my original account as soon as possible.
