I have been playing Free Fire since 2018 and I am writing because my account has been permanently banned for so-called “abnormal activities” even though I never used any kind of hacks or illegal tools. My Free Fire account ID is 2129341545, and I access it on an Android device using my Facebook login. More than a year ago, I lost access to my account after it was hacked by someone else. After this happened, the account was permanently banned for abnormal activities. I strongly believe that these abnormal activities were done by the hacker, not by me, because I have always played the game fairly and respected the rules. I contacted Free Fire/Garena support and they informed me that my account was permanently banned due to abnormal activities. However, this decision is unfair to me as the real owner of the account, because I did not perform these actions and my account security had been compromised. I kindly request that you review my case again, investigate the login history and abnormal actions on my account, and unban my account ID 2129341545. I am asking for full restoration of my account and all my in-game data, as I have invested many years and strong emotional value into this game and my progress.
