My Facebook account, which I access via my Android phone, has been hacked and then disabled. I believe the person who took over my account changed the phone number and email address linked to it without my permission, so I can no longer verify my identity or log in.
I noticed the problem around the 15th of the month, when I suddenly lost access and saw that my usual recovery options were no longer working. After that, I tried all available recovery methods, including the “Forgot Password” steps and Facebook’s support and verification forms, but the final result I received was that my account is disabled.
I request that my Facebook account be reviewed, my original phone number and email address be restored, and my access be reactivated if possible. I would like my account to be secured against further unauthorized access and the changes made by the hacker to be reversed.
