If EWA lowers your level without reason and you lose progress, the first step is to document the situation: take screenshots of your previous level, completed units, and the screen showing the downgraded level. This will be essential to support your claim.
• Check in the app whether there was a recent update that may have reset learning paths. Sometimes they change the “tracks” and reassign levels automatically.
• In Settings → Profile, verify that you are logged in with the same account (Google/Apple/email). Switching your login method can create a new profile.
• Send a detailed claim to support at [email protected] (official email), attaching screenshots, the date when your level dropped, and the learning path you were following.
• If you are a Premium user, request a manual restoration of your progress and correction of your level, specifying the percentage completed and which lessons were affected.
• If you do not receive a response, use the in-app support form (Settings → Help) to generate an additional ticket.
