I received a review on Etsy that I believe is unfair, even inaccurate. How can I handle this?

You might want to talk to the customer privately about their review and find a solution that won't be seen by anyone else. You can also report the review to Etsy for review if it breaks their rules, like if it insults someone personally or gives false information. If it turns out that the review broke the rules, Etsy may take it down.
