My EA Account Has Stolen - Please, Help Me And Secure My Account!

My EA account with the username “bkk1996,” which I use via the EA App, was compromised on Thursday, October 1, 2026, and I have been unable to access it since then. Although I enter the correct password, I cannot log in, and when I try the “send login email” step, a two-step verification screen appears but I cannot proceed because the email address currently linked to the account is not mine. As shown in the screenshot I shared, the email address currently set for two-step verification is “la*****@outlook.com,” whereas my original registered email address is “baki_fener_1***@hotmail.com.” I believe you can verify these account details within your systems. The person who hijacked my account appears to have added their own email address for two-step verification and changed the primary email address, effectively taking full control of the account. Because of this, I can neither receive a password reset link nor complete the identity verification steps. I have contacted various support channels but have not received any response or solution so far. I request that the necessary checks be performed to restore my ownership of the account, revert the email address to my original one, and restore my access as soon as possible. Specifically, I ask that you manually reset the password, link the new password and all account recovery options to “baki_fener_1***@hotmail.com,” and secure the account. In addition, I request information about any activities or purchases made on my account during this period.
