F1 24 Multiplayer Mode Mutes Bluetooth Headset on Windows 11 PC

For about two weeks, I have been experiencing a technical issue in F1 24. Whenever I try to enter the multiplayer mode, the sound on my Bluetooth headset (MS3700BT) completely cuts off. This problem occurs every time I attempt to join multiplayer and only happens in this mode.

I am playing on a PC running Windows 11. To resolve the issue, I tried reinstalling the game and disabling the hands-free option, but neither attempt worked.

I request technical support from EA Sports, as I want to play the game without this problem.
